Power
As human beings, we’re very powerful people. The thoughts that we have are our own, and we are free to harvest and sow the thoughts that we wish to cultivate. If you do the same monotonous thing everyday, you’ll just get more of what you’ve already got and don’t need. Variety, is the spice of life. Make a right instead of a left.

You, you, you
With so many pressures forcing us in so many different directions, the most challenging person to be is… you. It’s truly easier to be someone else – to be the person that society demands you to be, or that Dr. Phil advises you to be. But it’s tough to follow your own hearts path, and to do what feels correct – even if that means swimming upstream against the current of the world around you, rather than following it.
You need to believe in who you are, and convey your own individuality, relax, and to be honest and to not measure your self worth by the opinions of others.
Until next time,
Ja.

Self Indulgence
Life is considerably short. Do not put off the things that you personally want to do – or you may run out of time to do them. You are worth the indulgence of what it is you want – be it a new job, a long overdue e-mail or phone call, or even a greasy burger from a fast food restaurant.

Crazy Life
I find it quite humorous how we judge people based on our own expectations, ethics, morals and expect them to live up to those standards when, for the most part, people aren’t aware of our standards and honestly, nor do they care. Alas, it is now understood that the true reality is that some people are determined to destroy the “beautiful perfect universe.” The true and
fewexist and we should take steps to protect ourselves from them. Although, that doesn’t mean you should ever stop living your life in the ways you advocate. -
Denial is very powerful, it can make us keep our identity a secret even from ourselves. — Ja. Bailey

“To be nobody but yourself in a world which is doing its best, night and day, to make you everybody else means to fight the hardest battle which any human being can fight; and never stop fighting.” – E.E. Cummings

Unnerved
In the movie Eat. Pray. Love., the character played by Julia Roberts made the courageous statement that she wants to be unnerved.
Ponder for just a moment – about the times in your life when you learned, grew or emerged. They likely happened when you were outside your comfort zone. As a habit, we cling to that which we know – but the familiar stuff isn’t always the best catalyst for our personal evolution.

Meet Kora, a German Sheppard mix. I found her running around my apartment complex and well, the owners told me that she is mine now. She’s very loving and a good mannered dog.
Welcome to the family!

The secret to life, I’m convinced, is contained within every leaf, branch or clump of moss. In nature, I can sense my true magnificence —- the magnificence that is inherit in all of us. In nature, it’s easy for my spirit to soar.
